- You must ensure your use of automation is appropriate for your hardware, tariff, network conditions, and household requirements.

No operational guarantee
Energy prices, forecasts, device APIs, connectivity, and third-party integrations can fail or change without notice. SoCrates is provided on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, forecast accuracy, savings outcomes, or suitability for a specific purpose.
Third-party services
Some features depend on external providers such as inverter vendors, electricity retailers, weather sources, Google Firebase, and Tesla. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. We may suspend or limit access where needed to protect the platform, users, or supporting infrastructure.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SoCrates is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of savings, device behavior issues, pricing outcomes, or data loss arising from use of the platform or its public tools.
