Sign in with the iSolarCloud account that already owns or can view the plant, then use the matching Open API keys from the Sungrow Developer Portal. If you cannot find Open API or Applications yet, your account may need API access enabled by Sungrow support.

SigenEnergy setup is currently in beta and uses the official Sigenergy OpenAPI developer flow, not your homeowner app login. Create a developer application in the Sigen Developer Portal, copy its App Key and App Secret, and make sure the target system or station is authorized to that app before saving here. Different Sigen apps can be approved for different API grants, so monitoring access does not automatically imply instruction-control access.
